Shipping:
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order that will include an order number, your selected shipping method, order details and ship-to address. Please confirm the address is correct as we are unable to reroute goods once they have been shipped.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Orders will be shipped via your selected shipping method within 2 business days. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped that will include a tracking number.
Please note that all orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Any expedited orders placed on Saturdays and/or Sundays will be shipped out on the following Monday or next business day if it is a holiday.
We currently ship to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. We are working to offer international shipping soon!
Standard shipping (1 to 7 business day transit) on all orders is $10. Please note that order processing may take up to 10 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
Expedited shipping is $35 for UPS 2-Day and $50 for UPS Next Day Air. Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. Please note that all orders are shipped Monday-Friday so any expedited orders placed on Saturdays and/or Sundays will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Returns:
We hope you love your order from The Mahjong House! We are committed to excellent customer service. Please let us know immediately if something is not right with you order upon arrival.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for products unless they arrive damaged or are lost in transit. We take great care in packaging and handling your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during shipping, and we want to address those issues promptly.
If you placed your order online, please email hi@themahjonghouse.com with your order number and pictures of any shipping damages. We will email you a return label and you can drop your return at any UPS drop-off location. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to process. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
In store purchases can be returned at the store at which you purchased, subject to that store's return policy.
Damaged Goods:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, our customer service team will not be able to replace the damaged product. Please provide detailed information about the damage, along with photos. Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through next steps. Thank you for your patience while we review.
Pre-Order:
Once a preorder is placed, we cannot accommodate exchanges for other products, even in the case of delays from the manufacturer.
Gifts Partial refund/restocking fee:
If the set is complete upon return but out of shrink-wrap, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of the refund.
Gifts:
If you are returning a gift, we have to refund the customer who paid for the item. We are happy to exchange your gift, but we will have to inform the original purchaser. Gift wrapping services are not elible for refund.
Lost Goods:
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.
